James Stride - A Personal Trainer with 9 years experience in the British Army as an Engineer and Commander and 5 years in Her Majestys Prison Service as a Physical Education Officer.
James has a broad range of qualifications and experience in Sports coaching, Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, Sports massage, ZUU, ANKORR and NLP.
Following a period of time where James was restricted to a wheelchair due to a spinal injury, he decided to dedicate his career to helping people come back from similar issues, physical and psychological, and help them make positive changes in their lives.
Shaun Franklin - Shaun has 7 years experience within the British army as an Infantry Soldier, Commander and Physical Training Instructor. Shaun's aim as a trainer is to not only improve your physical fitness but help change the way you think about exercise.
As a trainer Shaun will focus on a clients overall mobility first before using equipment. Using low impact body weight movements which not only work towards injury prevention but also as a high end conditioning tool.
Shaun is also a qualified Level 3 personal trainer, Sports Massage Therapist, Level 4 GP exercise referral, ZUU, ANKORR and NLP coach.
