Equipment relevant to the training that you will be doing.

A 6 week program designed around your own personal ability, experience, goals and equipment available.

A weekly check in with your trainer to assess progress, offer support, and adapt the program or switch out equipment.

Easy to understand, basic nutritional advice that is simple to follow.

The package also includes access to our online membership area which contains daily workouts, 2 live Pilates sessions per week, 1 live yoga session per week and 10 live conditioning classes per week.

Chamber FORCE - Lifting Programs

FORCE1

Lifting – Beginners.

Learn and start to develop movements and skills required to perform Olympic lifts safely and effectively. Helping with mobility and improving strength and power.

FORCE2

Lifting – Intermediate.

After learning the basics this course introduces weight to the bar. At this level movement patterns will be well rehearsed and members should be competent performing basics under a (relative) small load. Perfecting technique and addressing flaws that will occur when load is introduced. Improves speed, power, strength, muscular endurance and coordination.

FORCE3

Lifting – Advanced

For experienced lifters looking to perfect their lifts and iron-out bad habits. Focus is on improving lift quality while working towards achieving maximum potential. Members will work at the top-end of their lifting ability under the instruction and supervision of our experienced coaches.
